Kathy is the co-owner of Manor House Banquet & Conference Center along with her husband Bill. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Education. She taught elementary school before she and Bill began their lives as entrepreneurs in 1977. Together they developed four businesses on the west side of Cincinnati: The Fore & Aft Restaurant, Cabana on the River, Mariner’s Landing Marina and Mariner’s Inn Banquet Center.
After selling each of the above-mentioned businesses Kathy and Bill developed the Manor House property and built what is fondly referred to as “Manor 1.” Several years later they expanded with “Manor 2” and finally added the Carriage House in 2012. Manor House Banquet & Conference Center just celebrated its 20th anniversary of being in business in Mason!
In addition to being on the Board of Directors and the Women Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mason Deerfield Chamber, she is active in several Foundations including One City Against Heroin and The Nest Recovery Homes. In her spare time Kathy enjoys tennis, platform tennis, cycling, and golf.
Kathy and her husband Bill reside in Symmes Township and are the parents of Amanda Zingale and the late Eric Kinane, and proud grandparents of Jackson and Carson Zingale.
