Tom Daskalakis, MHA, FACHE
Interim Chief Administrative Officer, West Chester Hospital
Daskalakis is the senior site administrator of West Chester Hospital. He is responsible for the general operations of the hospital, including the development, implementation, and management of key performance, quality, and growth strategies. Additionally, he oversees regulatory agency compliance initiatives and manages a wide variety of patient, employee and physician programs and systems.
Before becoming a member of the West Chester Hospital leadership team, Daskalakis served as vice president of business development for Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Prior to joining Miami Valley Hospital, he served as chief operating officer for Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan. His extensive experience as a hospital administrator also includes service as network vice president or clinical support services, and vice president of clinical services for the Kettering Medical Center Network in Kettering, Ohio. He earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in health care administration from Xavier University.
